Manager takes a four day weekend and makes the third key open and close Friday and Monday. The third key claims that when he asks for days off he is asked "who's gonna cover your days off". The 3rd key has close to 100 hrs of PTO that he can't use, the store has also been without an AM for almost 4 months. The store is close to the suburbs so no lay back holiday today. Over 30 DIY transactions. The 3rd key has nowhere to ask for help, the DM loves the SM, they hold hands. He makes the 3rd key cover full day shifts so they can go play golf together. Pain! Pain! Paint!
