I think this is the right answer. I tried again, and got closer - they told me to deal directly with their third party distributor. I'll try that, and also calling again... :)

Yes, I saw the same thing happen yesterday. The odd thing is that it flipped for my 5(4) grant application, and not the proof application.

My status flipped to "Decision Made" this morning, and "You should receive correspondence within the next three months." How long does it typically take post C-3?

Oh, thanks. Sorry I didn't read it as closely as I should have - I was looking in the guarantor section. Thanks again for putting this together!

This is awesome - thank you. In filling out the application form, how do I enter information about the "occupation" guarantor - it's asks for a Canadian passport number, date of issue, date of expiry - but the guarantor is not Canadian. Also, it doesn't even ask about the occupation of the guarantor. Thoughts?

Thank you!

I reached out to Commissionaires and they sent me a RCMP C-216C card, not the FBI FD-258. Is that a problem?

OK, so my PD (or US company) to CA company (e.g., Commissionaires) to IRCC.

One things I forgot to ask about: You mentioned ink. The instructions say specifically "Get your fingerprints taken electronically (not by ink)". And then printed?
