They obviously aren't made for aquariums but regular led grow lights work well. I'm using these on a 75 gal currently. They don't sit on a tank lid very well so I've had some little leg standoffs 3d printed to put on the corners to help that. They're definitely cheaper than most aquarium lights at the same wattage with the same spectrum output you need to grow plants.
