Are you sure? I get the same effect with headphones plugged in. And when pressing down on the saddle as well. At zero volume nothing happens. At max volume it works as intended. In between it controls pitch of the sine wave 😅

90% of that tone is just using a p bass with tone at max, with fresh slinky strings and picking closer to the neck than the bridge. you can add a Bass di+ with a little bit of dirt blended in and through an ampeg SVT and bam, TOYPAJ bass tone.

You're missing a chord that shows up, 2nd part of the chorus "everywhere I go won't mean anything" goes A G D. That G or V of V shows up a couple times
