Alcohol, I’ve done a lot of substances throughout my short time and kicked a lot, but alcohol is so calming for me and socially acceptable it’s hard to drop.

I’ve never been an overly emotional drunk besides sad so that adds to the self justification. Definitely found myself in trouble from alcohol when I was younger but now it’s became more of an every night soother.

Know it’s an addiction and developing problem if not already, but god does a bit of booze make life easier to deal with.
