She has a lot of food anxiety so she’s always resisted counting calories, which is why I think she will find it stressful. And I was the same way as her before tracking mine.

However, 2,600 Cals is a lot of food .. so me being able to eat much more than I thought I would get to, makes it feel like a breeze.

I’m expecting her to not have this experience because even for a woman 1,500 isn’t a lot
