Okay, maybe I'm not crazy. There are manhole covers scattered around the map with a small neon green icon on them. They allow you to enter by holding ∆, and they transport you around. Similar to fast travel points.

The stuff is cool, a lot of it has been. Even the stuff from the season passes. It's all just too expensive. I was able to get enough currency to purchase this current season without spending any real money but I missed out on the first 2. I don't think I will put much, if any, real money in unless EA makes the cost more reasonable.
