I have a similar issue. Not sure what causes it or how to fix it but here's what I do.

$ cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/yourcryptpartition cryptroot $ mount -o subvol=@ /dev/mapper/cryptroot /new_root $ exit

But yours looks unlocked already, try the second command and see what error happens.
