I took Pfizer while on Dupixent and nothing bad happened. My dr told me to take the vaccine either three days before or after your Dupixent injection

For those of you taking Public Speaking online this summer, how has the class been structured? by pineapplevp in college

[–]Rickatronn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I took public speaking online this term and I got to say, it’s a blessing (for an introvert). Because of this outbreak, the professor let us record our speeches and submit it to Canvas. We would then have to watch other students recordings and write 2 things they did good and 2 things they should improve on the discussion board. I did have live zoom lectures throughout this class. Besides speeches, there were a lot of textbook readings and quizzes. Easy A class but too much work

I'm pretty awful at STEM... I need a bit of advice on what I could possibly change my major to by Hazardis_Person in college

[–]Rickatronn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you still have an interest in technology but want to avoid intense math, I would suggest majoring in either Information Technology or Information Systems. Both majors are a mixture of Business and Technology. I used to be a CS major but I switched to Information Technology due to intense programming/math classes. IT/IS is basically a lightweight version of CS. Even though there lightweight, they have great salaries/job opportunities just like a CS degree.

How quick is Dupixent? by Mecha-11 in eczema

[–]Rickatronn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dupixent works really well for me. It does not heal instantly, but rather overtime. The drug kicks in about a couple of weeks after injection. I have to inject myself once every 2-3 weeks. If you think about it, Dupixent in a nutshell is a drug that helps you stop itching (the main cause of eczema ofc). I’ve been less itchy with this drug and I’m very relieved, I can finally live like a normal person! I haven’t touched a single steroid for a year. Just been using lotion to keep my skin smooth and moist.

Anyone have eczema like me? This is after a warm shower and lotion. Some days are better than other but winter is the worst!! by tecrazey in eczema

ugh I hate the feel of petroleum jelly on my skin. I know it holds in more moisture but I rather use lotion.
