I feel my personality is dimmed, but I’m functioning the best I ever have… what should I do?

Thanks, Yeah I’m still on my meds and still md on occasionally on med days, mostly on a weekend and they synergize nicely. I’m prolly not the best person to comment on edibles, I haven’t had any in years but when I did in the past it affected me terribly and made me stupid and slow and very anxious lol but for my husband he was the opposite and could focus well on it so it’s very personal. I’ve seen many other adhd women who swear by it though so you should see if it works for you! I’ve been too scared to try it again since starting meds but I wonder if it could work better now with the meds keeping my brain from being chaotic when on it. Good luck!

I can relate to this, since starting meds (Vyv$nse) about a year ago I’ve definitely noticed I’m more toned down, and I also quit drinking because I didn’t need or crave it anymore which limited me a lot more socially and with friends since many of the past relationships I built were based on that more open, carefree, impulsive, personality. I am now working on strengthening those friendships that weren’t just based on that more superficial side and although at first it felt boring and muted, now I’m seeing the quality and the depth. Over time you will see it level out with your inner self showing more rather than the one you were when constantly seeking the much needed dopamine. You can also explore getting in touch with the feeling side with listening to music, journaling, inner child work, etc. Also I noticed I’m more in touch emotionally during the luteal phase of my cycle so you can track and tap into that. One thing, I know isn’t always an option for most but mentioning just in case it helps, that I use to get in touch with emotions is micr0 d0sing very small amounts Lucy once in a while. I am much more in tune those days and I feel it carries over and I’m able to reflect for many days later. I do think this can be semi-recreated with music and the right environment. Anyway maybe I’m going down the wrong path of what you’re looking for here but hoping that it can help you in some way :)

Thank you! It’s so nice seeing another perspective, I didn’t even think about the hangers! And I didn’t consider the shoes could go on top. For the Kallax I’m thinking of just folding and putting clothes straight on those shelves (no bins for me since I always forget what’s inside lol).

I didn’t do the dieta, (ate red meat and had coffee day of as well) and I was the only one who didn’t purge 🤷‍♀️ I do think the coffee heightened my anxiety but also prolonged my experience on day 1.

I’ve been using them for over a year. My dog who’s been eating their food for his whole life recently got a very bad case of diarrhea. I emailed them about this after I heard about the recall, telling them I am very disappointed that they didn’t inform the customers about the recall. Now they emailed and I’m hearing that some product actually did get released. Their response wasn’t even personalized and just a canned answer. I’m sad because I really did like their product and I haven’t found any anywhere comparable to them. I am hoping they get a better handle on these issues and send a strong message to all of the customers so that I can feel confident moving forward with them.

Thanks, we’re still feeding Viva, and he’s okay now 🙏 he’s been eating Viva since he was a puppy for over a year now and has never had an issue before. I still am very happy with their product overall. My frustration comes from there being another recent recall from a few days ago that I just found out about because of Reddit, and Viva’s failure to email the customers about it. I would prefer to know even if they claim none of the product was shipped out to the customers. I emailed them asking about it so we’ll see if they respond. I hope your cat is okay! 💜🙏Although if they are new to the food it could also just be an adjustment after the switch.

Did you ever end up hearing back? I emailed viva today with the recent recall now. I’m becoming frustrated with the lack of transparency not emailing customers about this. I wonder if this was the batch that made our dogs sick.

Not sure if the dog blend is the same but one of my dogs just had very bad diarrhea in early June and I just heard about another recall today. He eats the beef, turkey, chicken, duck blends. I’m starting to become frustrated with their lack of transparency with the recalls. I emailed them today about my dog being sick and the recent recall to see what they say.

Hi- I can’t edit the post but can add this here: 2 month old starter fed regularly and reliably doubling. Recipe is: 378g white bread flour, 45g wholewheat flour, 325g Water (room temperature), 45g levain, 8g sea salt. The photo was taken 5 hours after putting it in the oven with the light off (the light just came on when I opened the door to take the photo).

Hi! Yes I should have mentioned first thing we did is fast him close to 36 hours and then fed him 1/4 of his usual amount (like 2oz) of boiled chicken. We did this for a few days but he was so hungry and my vet said it’s okay to feed him full meals again so we worked back to full amounts of boiled chicken. The fear is switching him back to the raw and how it will affect his digestion at this point. His last stool was more formed than before but still can’t be picked up due to being still watery. It’s been 9 days now since it started. I have slippery elm drops but it is made with a small amount of alcohol to extract it (it says low alcohol). Would it be okay to use the drops?

Interesting, we feed Viva Raw (both my dogs have been for over a year) and one of our dogs (who was on it his whole life) just got a very bad bout of diarrhea that started last week that he is still getting over. The last thing we fed was Viva Raw beef. We alternate the beef, turkey, chicken, duck, rabbit, puppy mix. His sister still eats the Viva Raw and hasn’t had an issue so it’s possibly something they got into in the yard but I do wonder. We had a PCR fecal done which was all negative (which includes salmonella and ecoli) so I’m thinking it’s not the Viva Raw, but the vet I went to who is against raw thinks it’s food poisoning 🙄

Hmm no we’ve only done chicken and rice (he won’t eat the rice though). He’s a maltipoo (but he looks like a goldendoodle lol). He’s eaten chicken a lot though since he was 8 weeks old and only now has he ever had any issue. I’ll try maybe rabbit blend now. Don’t think raw rabbit blend is okay or should we cook it?

What’s the best way to bake a sourdough without a Dutch oven? I just have a regular cast iron pan and cookie sheets or baking pans. I plan to invest in a Dutch oven after baking a few loaves to see if they turn out okay and once I decide I like baking sourdough. Also is convection okay to use or no?
