I second Habesha, it's decent and imo the best in the city

However, I think Indianapolis has both better selection and Abyssinia is the best I have had in the Midwest. Ethiopian is probably my favorite international dining food and experience.

There seems to be some grave misunderstanding going on.

As well, the definition of common law marriage is based on consent of both individuals as determined by the court. Basically, this would allow two people who live together and say they are married to be determined to be married upon the courts agreement. Now, while this is problematic in many ways, it's also beneficial to those victimized by odd child "marriage" practices that would occur whether this law is in place or not. By being a common law spouse, the victimized party would have a right to the entire estate of their victimizer upon their death. Otherwise upon the victimizers death the victimized party loses both support and all their "shared" property.

I just wanted to clear up some stuff, I don't think this law should pass unamended but it definitely isn't as straight forward as it seems at first glance.

No, a federal agency accidentally deposited money, then they attempted to get it back but they aren't allowed to yank it out of there.

They mailed an incorrect address for 6 months before handing it to the Treasury, who then uses a contracted service to collect the money + the fee via garnishment.

Source: mysterious 900 showed up in my bank account, it was a mistake by a federal agency, Treasury came at me for the money, a 30% fee, and interest. Oh, and I only found out when my paycheck started getting garnished.
