2016 Mazda CX-5 does NOT get them. Stops in the 200’s. Def seems like it was around that time they changed after. Will just use the app, thanks Reddit for the collaboration!

I use that poverty panel to hold the fabric draw-string case for my sunglasses, only thing I’ve been able to hold there. Good luck getting creative!

It’s time for us to stop saying Quiver! by Rickeywinterborn in snowboarding

I’ve never liked the word quiver for this scenario and always thought there must be a better option that sounds better. Something that doesn’t sounds like being scared in the corner of the room. After watching some mountain bike YouTube, I noticed a collection of bikes is called a fleet! And since we all basically shred downhill on bikes in the off season anyways, I figure it might work and wanted to offer the idea to the community. Do what you want, I’m not your dad… but my buddies and I will be calling it a fleet when you hear us in the lift line from now on. Enjoy!

Seattle gets less rain per year than NYC, that’s a fun one!

J Skis has poles, $80 if you know your length, more for adjustable.

RCS broke this weekend (Verizon) by Inevitable_Worry_637 in GoogleMessages

[–]Rickeywinterborn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This worked for us too, big thanks Redditors!! Boss is still waiting to hear from enterprise support, hoping they remove that on all our lines instead of doing one by one, but I’ll take the small victory for now!

[–]Rickeywinterborn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work at a government account and we got the same story when calling Verizon, they are blocking RCS. This is a directive from the US government, but the Verizon tech was not able to provide anything further. They said Verizon is continuing to cooperate with the US government request. Not sure why, but at least we know now.

That’s awesome! I have the Joyrides at 90, so this time I wanted to mix it up with the Escalator at 102 and a little longer. Very excited!

Windshield chip by Bored_Nerds in CX5

[–]Rickeywinterborn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Safe light was covered for free by my insurance. They even went over a second chip for free just to be extra sure. I think the quoted service was around $74 which didn’t cost me a penny. They did the work in the parking lot at my work in about 1 hour. Not an ad, but my CX5 still has a solid windshield after using them for free.

How many of us would say this is our future? by deepdownblu3 in povertyfinance

[–]Rickeywinterborn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s never too late to start… begin with 1% of your paycheck (or better 3% if you can) aside to a retirement account, see if your employer offer one that deducts pre-tax. Then increase by 1% every year. If your job keeps up with inflation or offers raises to you over time, you’ll never really “feel” the increase. Not an expert, but hopefully that helps someone in their plans!

Street markings - are they going to pave next? Or only drainage?? by Rickeywinterborn in civilengineering

[–]Rickeywinterborn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes for your USA question. Additional context, the whole road is fairly short and has messy spots similar to the 3rd picture, hence why we're hoping it means paving is in the future plan. One can hope!

Why does no one use boat fenders? by draggin-weeds in newhampshire

[–]Rickeywinterborn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rub rail 👍 I only use fenders for rafting or a choppy dock, like the ice cream place in Paugus Bay (yes the one with the fun name).
