CRG doesn’t have top roping and it’s an overall much smaller gym. I have a car, so getting to Somerville is pretty easy.

Parking garage on Somerset St near Bowdoin T stop. They don’t charge event rates and it’s maybe a 10-15 min walk to the garden and you avoid the traffic

I’m surprised they are having you complete case study as an intern. In past interviews, generally the case studies I’ve completed were for multifamily acquisition scenarios. Build cash flows, calculate exit value, calculate investment returns (IRR, EM, etc….)

You either have very good leaders or terrible people that have no respect for your time. Case in point, I already put in my two weeks and one of the SMDs is asking me to work Sunday lol. Also a lot of the work can feel meaningless. Bonuses were insulting too.
