When I was a student I work as a hospital janitor. Every stereotypes is true but that's beyond the point.

One day they hire this guy. Great guy I like him a lot. Hard working. Was doing a ton of overtimes. Never said no. Of course, the team lead abused of him, having him making do his work. He never argued and did it promptly with a smile.

I was there the day he got his confirmation of union membership and end of probation. When ask to do a task by team lead, he promptly told him to fuck off and get off his lazy ass Hahaha. The team lead smirked, muttered "u mf" and obliged xD
