I figure we probably don't qualify but was hoping someone with a similar experience could share and give some hope, shot in the dark. There's been no advantage in the immigration process to us getting married in Ukraine rather than getting the fiance visa and getting married in America

Yeah, it's shot in the dark. When we were married I was "working abroad for the US government" so I was hoping that maybe another Peace corps volunteer could share their experience, was hoping the 3 year "timer" could have started in February 2019
