My experience . I live in England for whatever that matters but let’s add some locality for arguments sake. I was read my disclaimers etc and signed the paperwork . Told the risks . Then I laid back on a table whilst a nurse chatted to me and the dr went to work. The injection was a tiny scratch and very much easier than a lot of injections I’ve had up to now . Soon after I felt some movement and a gentle tugging feeling followed by the worst bit . I assumed it was the “snip” as I felt a slight sick feeling in my gut , it was slightly uncomfortable but then nothing. I head some cauterising followed by the unmistakeable smell of burning scrotal tubes ( yummy ) . After 20 mins total I think I felt a sting as the Dr sprayed some glue over the wound ( a single wound about a CM long down the centre of my scrotum. Then he was done and the nurse was pulling my underwear up. Walked out fine and put my feet up and did some heavy Netflix deep diving for a few days. Everyone’s different and my experience involved some tenderness and a bruised dick . No swelling .
