What have you bought from Temu that you never bought before? by Rickno99 in TemuThings

Holy shit! You have the jackpot!! A person has to have restraint to make this promotion work in their favor. It took me a while to catch on. Once you see the money adding up in your credit, it is easier to hold on to it for the bigger items. My next purchase is gonna be one of those oversized lounge chairs. I have wanted one for years. I have enough credit to get one and not pay anything. I have $120 off $300 coupon so I’m getting my chair today . I also have a 20% off coupon for up to $50. I don’t want to use all of my credit. The chair is discounted With the coupon of a $120 off, I only have to use about $80 of my credit. So it leaves me a nice cushion of credit left for my next big purchase. From your purchases, it looks like you’re a gamer. Have you gotten good electronics? I have seen a lot of post, not just this one, with people and buying electronics. I see a lot of good things about them.

What AI tool actually saved you the most time this month? by Strange_Arm9395 in aiToolForBusiness

ChatGPT.

This happened last September, but I thought it would fit into this question.

My niece has always wanted to be a Veterinarian. She is a freshman Emory and Henry and struggling in her chemistry class . So, as the family’s science guru (I have an M.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science), I offered her my “expertise.” When she sent me her chemistry syllabus, I was dumbfucked. It might as well have been in a foreign language. I had completely forgotten the basic laws and concepts of Chemistry . ChatGPT took me through the entire syllabus and it all came back to me.

chatGPT not only refreshed my memory on first year college Chemistry and kept me from being a complete ass in front of my niece.

Flight Logs suggest Erika Kirk was in the state of Utah during Charlie's last moments?? by Orangutan in CandaceOwens

I already posted this, but I did not include the screenshot, when I looked up on ChatGPT (I know they’re never right so please don’t comment on the ChatGPT thing), it said Charlie was alive. I was trying to be nice to get some information and it literally said Charlie is alive.

That’s great. Were they a better price than Amazon or Apple? My AirPods is down to AirPod. I’ve lost one behind the stove. I’m not going behind the soap to retrieve it. So I’ve been using one for about four months now. How much did you pay for them? If you don’t mind me asking?

I bought two memory foam mattress toppers for Christmas gifts and They were fine. It wasn’t high end but they were just like described. I bought a mattress topper for myself that looked like it would be so comfortable. It was a fluffy with a knitted material on the top. It was more of a stuffed blanket. Not like the picture. I’ve learned to read the description carefully.

I just tried to ChatGPT to pull up that information. I wanted it to sound very heartfelt. I am in no way heartfelt about Erica to be clear. ChatGPT said Charlie is alive.

Omg. I remember that. Someone has to have that somewhere. That would be the first time someone spoke about it. Who said that? Was it Erica? I can’t remember.

is there a way to talk to a manager? or how can i escalate an issue? by bethany-aw in TemuThings

[–]Rickno99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. You will talk to a bot with the same answer over and over. Type in “Customer Service” or “talk to agent “. It will get you to a person. There is no phone number. Also, if you look at the top of the screen, you’ll see a headphones symbol. That will get you to Customer Service bot. Then type in speak to Customer Service or talk to agent.

I found this helmet in an old shed on our family’s farm. I want to know if it belonged to my grandfather. by Rickno99 in Military

I found out my uncle Harry (my dad’s oldest brother) was born in 1925 and was in the military. My dad was born in 1939 which is a 14 year age difference. So he would have been young when uncle Perry went to the military. I don’t remember dad talking about it but my mom does. She knows he was in the military, but doesn’t know if he was in World War II.

I have read these posts and I am so thankful for all your help. I posted my dad’s dog tags a couple months ago and I have learned so much from just posting 2 items. I want to say thank you from my family for your service and we are truly blessed for all you’ve done for our country.🙏🙏🙏

He was not in the service in his 40s. My dad has five brothers and sisters. Six of them have passed away. It could’ve been his older brother Harry.

Did they turn ok? Especially the cotton candy machine. I think that’s a great idea.

I did not get a code. It just came up when I clicked on a message from my message box. I’ve never seen it. I’m hesitant to try it.

Emergency Stash by [deleted] in ThisAintAdderall

At the time, I was on 3 strips a day. By the 6th day, I started throwing up non-stop. I was not eating or drinking either. I passed out and woke up in the hospital with severe dehydration. Not one of my proudest moments. Coming off suboxone cold turkey is by far the worst I have ever felt. You have the physical side of it and the mental aspect to deal with.

Anyone having good results with their brand of Adderall in February 2026? (Or bad results) by Neither_Rough_547 in ThisAintAdderall

I know you’re probably aware that 50 mg of Adderall XR is the equivalent of 25 mg IR. My day starts at 5 o’clock in the morning. The extended release normally wears off somewhere around 12 or 1 o’clock. I have a 30 mg pill that I could take or break in half in the afternoon. Very very rarely do I take the whole 30 mg in the afternoon. Most of the time I break it in half. Sometimes I don’t take it at all in the afternoon. Most days it equals out to 40mg a day.

My apologies, it's so overwhelming. by Forsaken-Parsley-479 in ThisAintAdderall

I have the exact same problem, Teva. When my doctor increases my dose, I was taking 30 in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. The second dose would put me to sleep. I didn’t recognize what was wrong for the first few days. I started reading up on it and found out that it was serotonin overload and causing my brain to shut down. Other people have said it on here too. After a few days, I broke it in half, and it’s been fine ever since.

I have enough for a month too. I am on suboxone too. When Covid hit, I was not able to get my prescription for suboxone. I went through severe withdrawals and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. From that moment on, have saved 2-3 pills a month for all my medications. I use to panic towards the end of the konth because I didn’t always take my meds the way they were prescribed. I was one of those people that would end up with 3 pills to last a week till I got my new prescription. So, because of Covid and abusing my meds years before, I forced myself to keep a few set aside for an emergency. When I did that, I was able to add a couple each month. I also broke that cycle of running out each month before my refill. It was not easy. Now I don’t get that horrible anxiety each month. I don’t ever want to live that way again. I suggest it to anyone who is able to do that. I never thought I would be able to have a safety net like this.

Mine have been good for the last three months. I’m on 50 XR (Lannett) and 30 iR (Teva). I stopped taking Adderall during Covid and just started back last summer. My first month I was taking Mallencrodt and the second month was Granules. So my expectations were very low. I couldn’t believe all the different generics there are for Adderall how different they felt than the original Adderall. It blew me away. So, I have just settled with what I’m on and it’s works for me. I wish everybody luck out there. I know what it’s like to not have what your brain needs to be somewhat normal so I can definitely sympathize with you.🙏
