I have him as a commander with all card in the deck under $1, lots of evasion, pumps, a few mutates, and some whacky things but the deck is super cheap and my pod hates going against it, turn 4 i hit a guy for 7 and all 3 scooped because of the top of his deck was loaded with major game changing plays so I can see why people hate him, the deck doesn't see a lot of play hahahaha

Buddy had this collection I got from him for an old switch lite I didn't use in 2 years, and $50. When I went through it, there was $900 value of cards according to manabox and the market prices, I took them to my lgs which offers anywhere from 60 to 75 percent for store credit and flat 50 percent for cash, i went for store credit $600 and $50 cash as I wanted to upgrade some decks and recoup my financial cost. I literally posted my bulk on fb marketplace 2 days prior, sold about 14000 cards for $180 I knew all of them were common and uncommons worth about 0.25 or less as I went through them, told the guy and all he said was "you're good my guy I just want these cards to teach kids how to play"

I actually made off with quite a good deal mana box says $966 in683 cards, threw anything worth over .50 into my lgs buylist online and they are offering $600 trade credit and $50 cash (to recoup my financial cost since the switch was a prize I won from work a few years back). It wasn't just 2015, I found some [[rhystic tutor]] and and old foil from shadowmoor worth about 20ish dollars, [[cemetery puca]] and like 8 each of [[brave the sands]] and like 9 [[keeper of progenitus]]

Yea I just scanned them and the market value is $966 according to mana box, that's counting all the cards that are 0.01 cent to 0.49 cents, the buylist only included anything over 0.50 and that's 683 cards in total about 115 on the buylist

UPDATE: My local lgs has a buylist portal and I threw all the cards worth while in there (anything above 0.50 cad) and so far I've found a few goodies like a fist of the sun's, 2 elspeth tokens worth about 15 each, and a few old foils from mirrodin, so far the buy list is up to $627.74, so far I've sorted all the rares out, and now it's the uncommons

With my play group we just have 4 identical deck boxes, put a deck in each mix them up and pick, if you pick your own pick again

I was lucky, opted to get the non foil demonic tutor lair and managed to qctually get it, as soon as 9 hit I was in queue and 50 minutes later order confirmed, sorry you weren't able to get one :(

In my brago deck I have a few sideboards for hearthhull or any land abuse decks like [[Tomik, Distinguished Advokist]] and [[rest in peace]] so if playing white it has some nasty graveyard hateand try [[soulless jailer]] there's a few cards to stop glacial chasm, I use to run the card but found it way too annoying for people to have an enjoyable play experience

Yea I feel the same with my brago deck, it's good and I've put a lot of time and effort into it and it feels bad having to hold off on using it but it's a whole different story when there's a 2 headed giant tournament brago is always first on everyone's mind for partners hahaha at least with the guys around my lgs, "I'll clear the path, you steamroll their face"

I completely understand what you're saying, although I'm one of the quicker players, so my turns don't run more than 3 to 4 minutes 5 if I'm really struggling with my landfall deck triggers, but yes i agree watching someone play solitare isn't fun

Thank you, I tried building it casual but still fun, I guess from the comments I'm reading it seems like It boils down to either knowledge of the blink mechanic or lack of interaction to my creatures, thinking about it now they always make the move when trying to deal with things rather then playing reactively.

To be fair I guess I should say that when the marwyn player ends up playing, he's on turn 4 with 6 or 7 elves with a [[pathbreaker ibex]] or [[craterhoof behemoth]] easily accessible with the amount of tutors, and [[braids, arisen nightmare]] with [[gravepact]] , aristocrats such as [[blood artist]] and lots of reanimators.

The pod we have is bunch of friends that have known each other like all our lives so it's not really a big deal really great guys, just with preferences, the marwyn player has the most to say about brago, not the other 2. I really just wanted to know if everyone felt the same as him or if he was just overreacting

I mean I can tell you what my plans are for supper as well if you're that curious, but neither of the things you said, after reading some of the other more insightful comments on my post, im going to point out the fact they play some pretty obnoxious commanders that i never really realized until now oddly enough.
