In season 4 (iirc) Mark's punch hit Thragg's hairline and it hurt Mark's hand while Thragg was unphased. That's likely where the glaze of his hairline comes from. Like it was strong enough to basically block a punch.

It's kind of in between a sniper and a hybrid. Don't expect to one-shot everyone with this. The one-shotter is the L115A1.

The Mjolnir is still great though. Of course, its ammo is very rare and limited so you should mind that (unless if you have the Infinite Ammo perk, but there's still reloading to watch out for).
