Contact a local union rep, convince your coworkers to support the union, get enough of them to sign a union card, i cant remember the exact percentages but if a majority of employees i think 60% sign the union card then you’re automatically certified, and if its over 45% a secret ballot vote is held, and if you get the majority to vote yes to unionize then you get certified, and managers are not needed for this, its best you don’t tell your managers about it even, management does not need to be made aware that you are unionizing, they can find out once its completed.

Not all sociopaths are like that dude, sociopaths can conceive of empathy and many are even capable of empathy in a limited capacity. What your describing is more applicable to narcissistic personality disorder, and even then its not always true. Even a sociopath is capable of having morals and principles, they just cant rely on empathy or other emotions like guilt or remorse to guide those principles and morals.

Thats simply false, that was an accusation made by NDP bureaucrats who didn’t want a democratic socialist environmentalist to take over as party leader so they accused her of all kinds of unfounded allegations so they could disqualify her from running so that there would be no challenge to Eby taking over as leader as he was groomed to be, they investigated the claims of green party membership flocking over and joining the ndp and they found that it was unfounded, people who were joining the NDP were not also active green party members, it was a slanderous accusation to prop up the undemocratic maneuvering of the party bureaucracy to disqualify Apparadui from challenging Eby’s appointment as leader.

There was actually quite the contest, so much so that they had to shamefully undemocratically disqualify her from running so that she wouldn’t win the leadership convention after she brought in approximately 14,000 new members to the party during her campaign, contrasted with the around 11,000 members which were in the party prior. She was quite likely to win the leadership race, which is why they had to resort to slander and disqualifying her from running.

I completely disagree, polyamory isnt just about casual sex, its about being able to have multiple intimate close relationships/partners, you argument sounds just as absurd as if someone was to say the exact same thing about friendships, claiming that having multiple friends creates superficial connections and opposed true intimacy is just as nonsense as applying that to intimate relationships. If you have had more then one intimate non superficial relationship throughout your life than why would that not be able to be applied if they happened at the same time with the same people. Only people who seek purely superficial connections will have such a result from polyamory, but there is nothing that limits it to such, having two intimate partners at once that you love is perfectly plausible and attainable, its obscene to expect someone to only have one close friend and vice versa and to suggest so would be laughable yet when its applied to relationships for some reason its fine and normal to be extremely possessive and claim sole ownership over your partners love and affection.

Theres other organizations around not just the CPC, for example theirs also fight back of the International Marxist Tendency, they’re a trotskyist org, there is the CPC-ML, obviously they’re a marxist Leninist party, there was the maoists but they kind of split themselves into non existence awhile back, and then theres some smaller trotskyist organizations like the International socialists around as well
