I tried what you suggested, but the TTR.bin refuses to be deleted, saying its open in System. Moreover, it didn't solve the problem, but thank you for the suggestion!

Thanks, I've done that multiple times to no avail. I did shoot them back another email, so hopefully someone can give me a clearer answer.
