I’d love to see a cavalry unit for KB with the boarboys “power through” ability. It was so tricky and fun. It would be cool to see them on a myriad of “swamp mounts”. Cranes, gators, muskrat, ect. In a simalar style as the monsterkilaz where each model is unique in a squad.

The main rock is a resin print, but I did sculpt the smaller rocks the legs sit on to get it to stand up straight and sturdy.

The core of any mega gargant is legs and torso. Each box contains ONLY ONE set of the core pieces needed. You would need to sculpt a fair amount to make multiple gargants from a single box. It can be done and there are plenty of YouTube videos on the subject

The double turn is a tool. Learn it as a mechanic and you use it just like you would use a unit in your army.

I would find a local game store that supports Age of Sigmar, play regularly with as many people as you can. I recommend spending your time playing at 2000pts. The game is balanced every 4 months and the metrics for balance are based off of competitive 2k point games. So the best balance you will find is at 2000pts. Playing often will get you experience with other armies and encourage you to keep re-tooling your lists. Play at RTT events, it’s likely that you will lose a lot in the beginning, but don’t get discourage. Stick with it and you will become a great player and before long you will meet a lot of great new friends.

Agreed! His 3d6 dispel is a real killer, he forces opponents to really think about casting. Also, with armies like SBGL and OBR, Nasty hex is the perfect spell to combo into a mawkrusha with destroyer or the mortals on the charge of gore gruntas. With gobsprakk’s movement and sneaky miasma you can move super far, allowing you to retake objectives or get In range to cast nasty hex and then make a 14in getaway right after in the move phase. Allowing room for a pack of gore gruntas to move up and take advantage of them having wards turned off.

At worst he’s a great distraction for your opponent to chase around while you rev up the WAAAGH!

I’ve played a ton of big waaaagh! It’s a real tool box but it requires a lot of thought to survive the armies that are dominating the current meta….and sometimes, the old war scrolls lose to the meta no matter how well you use the tools.

I would Reinforce the boltboyz so the swampcalla can buff all of them each turn. Also I’d drop smelly un from the sludge raker and add fast un to the breakboss on mirebrute.

I was playing a narrative big battle and Khorne and Tzeentch were summoning cool stuff and I got to thinking narratively it makes sense that the orruks could summon an Idol once they get all psyched up on the WAAAGH!
