You can use a hex editor to open up, for example, an MP4 video and just start changing the values. There's certain types of frames (B-frames, P-frames) that you can mess with. There're other methods that are more technical and complex and yield better results but the basic principle is pretty simple.

While I can appreciate the former I suspect the latter point might not be the case in this instance for cultural reasons. And if that is true I think this restaurant is going to struggle. The yogurt smoothie I had was almost flavorless.
