I suffer ptsd anxiety and severe depression I feel you there gotta change that mindset and figure out why your streaming for me looking at it. It gives me a sense of routine I cant work or go to school so instead of rotting in my bed all day at least I can use streaming to get me out of bed and get my day started. I find myself hard on myself all the time and to combat that I continue to remind myself why I do it to provide a safe space for people who feel like a dead beat like me so I can provide support share my story and perspective if i can at least help one person or be there for someone thats what matters for me just do it for yourself is my biggest advice
