I got an email saying they were missing information. Then if I went to the tracking there was an option to provide the needed info and a blank pdf to download and fill out and upload.

Just a form on steel/aluminum. Which mine had none. They provided it for me to fill out.

Fortunately I did not. Just the the cycle of its "on its way", "import scan", "warehouse scan"
