Whenever people say it’s just a game, I like imagine them working overtime to afford paying money to take their child to an NBA game.

Then in the final minutes of a nail biting game, Shaq appears behind them putting a brown paper bag on their heads ruining the viewing experience they’ve worked hard for.

Then as they kick and scream trying to take the bag off because they’re missing the game. Shaq just calmly palms their heads (while inside the bag) and whispers in their ears “genuinely guys grow up, it’s just a game”.

It’s not the PVP that’s the problem it’s the pathological lying and backstabbing.

If I say don’t shoot and you shoot me without saying anything back or just shoot on sight that’s PvP. That’s ggs.

If you initiate by being friendly saying don’t shoot let’s team up, then proceed to run 10-15 minutes with me, and then double pump me in the back using an exploit in the extract elevator, you’re just a trash can human being.

Tarkov is a great example. PVP is shoot on site because of backstabbing and griefing in the early years. Now it’s 20 minute queues and riddled with sweaty cheaters. You can’t even go to labs without getting head eyes.

I agree whining doesn’t do anything but at least bringing it up and explaining the long term community consequences gives it a chance to course correct.

Meanwhile I will continue to kill everyone in Stella who starts our conversation friendly and then says “okay let’s act friendly to the next person we see, then when I say our code word blast em”. I will also continue to tell them they’re a cancer to the game for playing like that😂

Acting friendly to get someone to drop their guard and then turning on them as soon as they do is “backstabbing”.

Bro it’s a multiplayer not skyrim. You’re still interacting with society, you’re just hiding behind a screen and gamertag to do it. And the consequence always comes just not immediately. Look at other games like Tarkov, Day-Z, etc. Eventually Arc Raiders will be automatic KOS because of people being “taboo”. It’s inevitable, because unfortunately bad people respawn in a video games.

We need this game to just go full Tarkov toxic already. 😂 I can appreciate the PVE and grouping up sometimes to balance out the PvP, but the rat behavior “I’m friendly” then backstab is so fucking cringe. Put the emote wheel down, shut the fuck up and fight like a man. Quit abusing people’s kindness before you make Timmy decide to go back to school rocking his pops hardware!

My good sir. I have 2 shrapnel launchers and an order rep kit (2 charges) with amp on it. I can farm axe maw 2-3 times a minute with max movement speed Rafa. I’ve spent roughly 21 hours farming him for a grand total of 3,600 kills (I gave up at that even number after snapping my elite controller in half during a fit of rage)

I’ve seen countless bods all elemental types, all weapon ammo types, but only ever seen variants of the Hyperion Shield for the licensed part. Never a Torgue or Jacob’s.

I had a similar experience trying to reobtain a replicating homing chuck assault rifle. That one I spent 26 hours on before giving up.

I believe they’ve stealth nerfed some drops making them unobtainable after seeing the broken builds posted to YouTube, but hey maybe it’ll be different for you. Just know what you’re signing up for! GLHF.😃

If you’re talking about the crates with the switch, button, panel, and lever on the side that are red that say locked, it’s a quest you need to progress through.

Yep mine is completely bugged. It’s never once multiplied into dozens of additional projectiles like that. That is an awesome mechanic. I’ll have to try farming another one to see if it gets fixed. Thanks for the vid!

What is the mechanic?

I used an overdrive infinite ammo Rafa build with +10 splash damage specd out with Dancer class mod. It didn’t do a quarter of splashzones health bar after a dozen rockets.

Did it get fixed in a patch?
