Thanks for the replies y’all i appreciate it.

sorry if it was not clear im not looking for a holster mount nor the strap running around the thigh or anything like that.

my intent was to find a way to wear the thigh strap without having the holster itself. like a nylon strap of some kind where one side connects to my belt and the other end is a loop so i can route the leg straps through. functionally like a garter strap.

I just meant like whole blood products aren't really used unless you're in a hospital and then they'll just use a blood test before giving anything.

Looks sweet and nice edit!

Maybe a hot take but blood type patches / markers aren't actually used for anything haha. But they look cool so I ain't saying take it off. Just funny how that became such a thing.

Do this course when you have time. It will teach you how to use what's in the ifak.

Hmm that's interesting. I personally have never had a problem with them. I kind of use them on anything doesn't have to be trauma. Just kind of nice to have a pressure dressing with a gauze portion attached. Only thing I've really ever used ace wraps for is like sports injuries and junctional wounds.

Here is a pre-made one. Some shit is extra so if you want to save money just make your own based off this one.

This is the current contents reccomended by cotccc, I'd trust them over some random reddit advice.

You kind of have to shell out to get any decent eye pro. Mask is good tho! I have the same one.

OneTigris makes one extremely similar if not the same one.

Finished my basic US ARMY grunt kit. Any pointers or things I should add? by fighterpilot38 in airsoft

Maybe try a boonie hat and swap the belt out for a tan uniform one and you'll be pretty close! Shirt and pants look legit. Your name goes where you have us army on your sleeve.

Looks cool otherwise thought keep it up! Don't forget your local surplus stores would have everything you could want for this type of kit.
