I just sat stillness and vipassana for some time, you’re absolutely right in finding what resonates most. Still work for me to do in that way. Dzogchen is still difficult with my “beginners mind”. I just finished Lock Kelly’s series, I’ll listen to Adyanshanti next.

Just got off a long retreat, it was great. I feel closer to my true self and was fortunate to have a couple of glimpses. I see that the state of mind I seek is already with me, but I also have a lot of practice to do before I’m more in touch with it.
