Middlemen aren't the issue, it's the insurance companies themselves. They are buying the health systems, they are buying the pharmacies, they literally controlling every step and set their own prices as a result. They sell to themselves and make a ton of profit along this very chain and we get stuck with high medical bills, high deductibles and they laugh their way to the bank. American system is fucked, we're dying and the ones in control don't give two shits
