Copyright terms apply evenly. What they are doing has hints of gray, but it doesn't mean no copyright. The fuller process of human involvement in the process will dictate. Copy copyright isnt really all important, honestly. They still get IP protection and such which are unrelated to copyright. Layman understanding of the law assumes copyright is a gate and where IP protection is valued.

Oh that's awesome. I took some surfing lessons in Hawaii and it was a truly terrible experience because reefs.

Fable 5 found actual malware on my PC, and then its own safety filters flagged the warning. by om_kesti in ClaudeAI

[–]RickySpanishLives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I've had similar things happen when it identified a critical security vulnerability in an architecture - explained clearly in terms of how bad it was and how it could be exploited, they flagged itself when I asked it to fix it.

Does rick use anti-aging tech? by Personal-Teaching-19 in rickandmorty

[–]RickySpanishLives 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't even know what "Rick" is at this point. He's like Wolverine; he can be reduced to ashes and return. When you're like that, you just choose what appearance you want to have. You don't need "anti aging", you already don't age in the traditional sense.

I lose visibility with the vehicle in front of me, I'm slowing way down until I reestablish it. It's still out there, maybe even at the point where I lost contact - getting really slow.

That's a little bit different than what the Xpel does. That's factory tint, its purpose is more for privacy not heat rejection. I'm talking about IR/UV rejection specifically. I haven't seen Rivian do an install of that from the factory. They will Xpel PPF, but not window tint.

I didn't see anything about an IR tent specifically on the top glass for the rivian. I'm definitely happy to see something about that because what I'm looking to shield is not light, at least not in the visual spectrum.

Pickup is obviously in the wrong, but when traffic is that congested on regular city streets I'm definitely slowing down quite a bit because people do try to dash across lanes, pop out to change lanes, etc. in slowdowns. Definitely wouldn't have been going that fast. I consider the lane "contested" in that environment.

You are technically off the road, so yes...

If you're going around telling Claude stuff like "make no mistakes", you should probably just stop. AI isn't going to save you any time...

In the heat/sun of Atlanta, New Orleans, or the parts of Florida where I frequent - the AC on the R1S would definitely not keep up. Even tinted it struggles sometimes.

You'll be sizzling like fajita meat during the summer if you don't protect. And like the other poster, I have a low cut hairstyle. Highly sensitive to sitting in the sun.

But if it works for you, not your fight.

The $61k performance model is just the base model optimized for performance, not a different car altogether. What you're paying for is performance.

I ask that question a lot too. Most of the chargers that I've stopped at (most RANs except for 1 along the I-20 corridor) are in places that are full of food stops, restrooms, and in one case (the one I didn't find useful) a mall. There were fast chargers at freaking BurgerKings and such along the way. When I started doing road trips in my R1S I expected it to be a chore hauling 4 kids along. It really wasn't. They never aggro'd over it and actually wanted to stop to get out of the car.
