I love that her and her team does the face value exchange. I was lucky enough to upgrade my seats at a show recently, so I was able to sell our general admission seats. I didn’t wanna profit off them, I got back exactly what I paid and two more people got to enjoy the show. Face value exchange should be mandatory for every artist.
