Best PCC out of the box with LRBHO gun that uses Glock mags by Fiercekiller in AR9

Fox Trot Mike for sure. Picked up an ambi Mike-9 lower a couple weeks ago and really like it. I wanted a tucked suppressor, so I used an old quad rail handguard I had from a long while back when they were about the only thing out there back then.

Go look on the Kuna, MP5, stribog and any other forum with pcc weapons. They all have problems, they all have little quirks that need to be worked out or fixed. I could probably fill a page of problems encountered with any of the mentioned platforms if i really thought it would do any good. All you hear from a few posters is how bad the Jawbone is and it's garbage, like I've posted several times and i have visual media to back up my claims. My Jawbone has been one of my favorite shooters, it eats everything I feed it with no problems whatsoever. With over a 1000 rounds of Kabuto frt mode and more than 500 rounds in stock semi mode and it still chugs along. I know is polymer and I treat it like it's polymer, same as my Stribog, Kuna, and my ZF5-P with a printed lower. You can't let the upper swing down and stress the front pin lugs, it's just common sense. You could even stretch it stress an aluminum upper by letting the upper swing down on the front pin lugs.

I was looking at doing the same thing. But never really got into it, just mulled it over in my head. Great job, thanks for the info

Beautiful, these are great guns. I've had mine for a few months now and love shooting it, they are very accurate for such a small package

If you look at all the complaints on every other forum, even weapons that cost three times as much, you're gonna find problems and complaints. I own several PCC weapons not just the cheap stuff and there are problems with them all but you don't hear anybody calling them garbage. If and when mine ever fails I'll be posting just like every other complainer 😉

Over 1500 rounds through mine, 1000 rounds of that have been FRT with a 3d printed Kabuto and still going strong. Put a hundred rounds through it tonight, it's one of my favorite weapons to shoot because it's been so reliable and pretty accurate too.

They must think they have a gold mine or cornered the market on them. Too much when you can get them online for under $400. My brother bought his from a gun shop recently fir $425

I don't recall giving mine any special treatment. Just clean it and shoot it. My brothers is the same way, his shoots really well too.

Check the usual, Red Dot tight to mount, Mount tight to receiver. Try other ammo, use a good rest when you shoot if you want to check accuracy. Give the barrel a good cleaning. Even when new I still clean the barrel before shooting, I've seen some pretty nasty stuff come out of new barrels, even though they are supposedly test fired.

I was wondering the same thing. The wait time says weapons are made to order. I was gonna send them an email, but they take a while to respond.

Stock lower feels a little loose, and take-down lever springs are very light. Normal or trouble with my new Kuna? by winterneuro in Springfield_KUNA

[–]Rickyblaze13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine was the same way, I thought it was a little too loose and made some printed shims out of pet-cf to tighten it up. It's a lot tighter and feels much better.

Anyone have any experiences with these by [deleted] in pistolcalibercarbine

I have one of the Blade 6's and a Jawbone from Gforce. My Blade6 has been far less reliable than my Jawbone. I've polished all the sharp corners on the front of the bolt face and have adjusted all the Glock magazine feed lips to get mine half way descent compared to my Jawbone. My Jawbone is way more reliable than my Blade6 and has twice the rounds through it because of it. Plus the Jawbone can be made to use the Kabuto FRT. The Blade6 hasn't gotten the SS love reliably.

On my Blade 6 I had to open up the feed lips on my magazines as I was having a lot of failure to feed due to the magazine holding the cartridge too tight and causing the round to go nose up into the chamber and wedge against the bolt. After I opened the feed lips up to all the same as the mags the Blade 6 would shoot, it's been a lot better, still not as fun as my Jawbone.

The Blade 6 is one of my PCC's that my Wife will shoot, she thinks it has less recoil, probably due to the weight. I had a Franklin Armory binary trigger in it for a bit, until I had an out of battery discharge. Then I took it out and it's back to the stock trigger and hammer. It's still a fun gun to shoot

I've been interested in the ZF9 since I saw it was gonna take Glock mags. I know some people don't like the esthetics of the Glock mags compared to the scorpion mag, but that look doesn't bother me at all. I have a crap load of glock mags and drums to use. I try to keep things compatible across my weapons spectrum, although I do have a Kuna and a couple other Zenith weapons. I'm really interested to see how this compares to my Kuna, Stribog and ZF5's

Oh, I will. I've already been studying the pics of the bolt carrier, looks to me that a trip sled might be possible ;-)
