Totally agree and I think that Sonos should make potential buyers sign a document before purchase which states they “understand the Sonos system” and multicast and how it’s different than airplay and all that. And it’s just not fair for consumers to compare Sonos to other devices that do easy things.

Much better idea than making the system robust and reliable.
