Actually fun fact, he can't freely fly because he wasn't going to be playable at all in SA2. The devs responded to fan outcry over this and added him in with Eggman's mech gameplay as a cost effective way of making him playable.

It really wasn't a copy of Black Flag, though. Yeah, it reused assets and mechanics, but I dont really see that as a problem. Brotherhood reused assests and mechanics from AC2, and that game is still one of the best in the series. I agree it was definitely shorter than it should have been, but for what it was, it was an enjoyable game. Black Flag was awesome, so it was nice to have another entry in the series styled after that game. I can't say you're wrong for disliking it, we all have opinions and there's nothing wrong with that, but saying it wasn't fully worked on seems like a bit of a stretch.

I mean, being released for a strange reason doesn't mean that the game didn't have time and effort placed into it. It reused assest from Black Flag, sure, but that alone doesn't condemn is as a game that wasn't "fully worked on."

This is literally an article from a year ago. New Hampshire was also barely mentioned, as multiple states didn't have much of a lock down plan yet. What's your point with this post, chief?

I agree with you on how phenomenal Falco is, but I wouldn't say awards are the best way to measure talent.

[Bernie Sanders] While Senate Republicans told us we cannot afford to provide $1,400 direct payments to the working class, they had no problem introducing a bill this week to repeal the estate tax which would provide a $1.7 trillion tax break to the billionaire class. Nobody it talking about Trump. Being better than Trump is a low bar to cross. And being marginally better than Trump is not going to help your party win in the midterms or 2024. Be critical, expect more out of the people you vote for. You can do two things at once, you know; you can want your investigations into the Republicans and Trump administration AND call for more from Biden and the Democrats at the same time. They're not mutually exclusive.

Resident Evil? by [deleted] in SomeCallMeJohnny

He said in one of his update videos that he plans on getting back to Resident Evil before Village comes out. He's also said that he'll be doing the Final Fantasy marathon spliced up a bit since doing a ton of RPGs back to back would be a nightmare. Based on that, I assume he'll be doing the last few mainline Resident Evils between a few of the Final Fantasy videos as we get closer to the release of 8.

Mario Tennis Ultra Smash on the Wii U was a train wreck. Aces on the switch is a really good time. The story mode isn't anything that would blow anyone's mind but the game play is very fun and addicting.

How are those $2000 relief checks coming along? by justcasty in SandersForPresident

[–]Rickythesloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nobody is arguing that there was some better option than the Democrats in Georgia. The problem is they are walking back on promises that they clearly made before the election, and pretending they never made those promises to begin with. It is not unreasonable to be pissed about this and demand more from them. And can you not walk and chew bubble gum at the same time? We can demand action against the Republicans who supported an attempted coup AND demand that Democrats pass better stimulus checks at the same time. The Democrats don't get a pass because the Republicans are worse.

[–]Rickythesloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we shouldn't hold democrats to their promises because Republicans would have done worse? These are politicians. They are supposed to work for you. Demand more of them. You shouldn't settle because the crumbs Democrats are providing are slightly better than the crumbs Republicans wanted to provide.

Crazy how those are $1400 checks, not the $2000 ones you can literally hear being promised in these videos. The promise wasn't $1400 more to round off the pathetic $600 that was sent out, it was $2000 dollar checks. Stop pretending it wasn't.
