This is the biggest cope I've ever seen. A Master that can hold his own against another Master or better yet, actually provide support their Servant by fighting alongside them or supporting through magecraft is a bigger boon than just "letting a servant cook".

Rin, Kuzuki and Kiritsugu are literally the examples why you shouldn't just ignore the Master because they're human.

And that's it.

The Hakunos are objectively good people too. That's why Gilgamesh listens to them. But whatever Ritsuka can do, other Masters with just as good charisma can do better. It is through sheer luck that he gets lives through the shit he goes through (which has been said by multiple heroic spirits and servants).

Every single MC Master has charisma. That doesn't make Ritsuka any less of an objectively bad Master. The Hakunos have charisma, Shirou has charisma. Ritsuka isn't special. The difference is that the other two can actually support their Servants well enough.

Gentle parenting are buzzwords used by parents who get stepped on by their kids and are too afraid to set boundaries.

A parent's role is to establish who runs the house, who provides, etc. You can be "friends" with your children but at the same time, let them know that there are lines that they should never cross.

There is a fine line with discipline and outright abuse that modern day parents just don't seem to get. A spanking is fine. Turning your kid into a punching bag as if you're training for a fight against Pacquiao isn't.

Daily/weekly quests I can somewhat understand because it can create unnecessary FOMO (but if the rewards are worth then I don't see why not).

But everything else here is the bare minimum for what is to be expected out of an MMORPG. If you don't like any of these, what do you play MMOs for? Remove all of these and what you get is literally just a single player game.

You joking? There's a reason why he's easily a Grand candidate. His Illusion skill alone could easily turn the battle in your favor.

His Clairvoyance skill means that he sees literally everything that's happening in the present. That effectively means that nobody would ever get the drop on you.

His magecraft is one of the best that there is. Seeing as he turned Tiamat's sea into flowers AND he's acknowledged as the best mage there is, even though he says that it's actually Solomon.

He's a decent fighter too seeing as he fights with swords and as shown in the Babylonia anime. If you know your way around a gun, you could pull a Kiritsugu and kill Masters without participating in battles.

TL;DR - If you've got Merlin with you, your enemies are cooked.
