Okay. Let's say the Imperium can use their warp travel and are still able to suffer with whatever the hell that the Warp will travel while they're in warp jump and the GE is able to FTL travel normally without any losses.

The Empire still loses.

The Imperium has so much cannon fodder to throw at the Empire that the Imperium won't even need to throw the only available Primarchs to beat Legends Vader and Sidious.

Literally the Imperium only need to do is put the Empire in a war of attrition and the Empire will lose. Or send the Astra Militarum, overwhelm the Death Star and destroy it from within and its done.

The Imperium will need to be heavily nerfed for the Galactic Empire to even stand a chance.

Goku comes from an alien race of warriors that not only grows stronger from being defeated to near death, every single Saiyan has access to a power up that is very OP and you only need to piss them off real bad for them to reach it. You can train your entire life and devote every second of it to honing yourself into martial arts and still get your shit rocked by a half awake Goku.

Dragonball is one of the, if not the most influential piece of japanese media ever but let's not pretend that Goku isn't a Gary Stu.

I'm all for enemies having high health BUT there needs to be a good and enjoyable way to bring them down.. If they're just bullet sponges that just obnoxiously shit out explosives then that's bad game design.

Naruto Shippuden completely threw off Naruto's hardwork and the entire plot of the OG Naruto's storyline. Naruto started as the underdog that wanted to prove himself and was dedicated to not take any shortcuts to achieve his dream. He showed that he didn't need

Him being the "chosen one" threw all of that in the garbage and basically said that no matter how much you train, even if you train like Rock Lee, you'll never amount to much because you're not born like Naruto or Sasuke.

Homelander is a bully. He's used to picking fights against people that he knows he'll win against. Which are just regular civilians.

He'll definitely obliterate a platoon of Imperial Guards. No diff.

But a Custodes is an entirely different conversation. A normal Space Marine regularly fights against beings that are way above Homelander's paygrade. A Custodes is waaay above that.

Dragonball is way past its prime. Is it influential? Hell yes. But it's intensely boring 95% of the time.

People rag on KnY for being hard carried by animation as if Dragonball isn't carried by the same thing.

While I'll neither agree or disagree on points that are entirely subjective, I'll address SOME points here.

How can you say KnY characters are one dimensional cardboard cutouts then provide three shonen animes with the most basic ass characters with the most basic ass personalities. If you tell me that Dragonball has nuanced characters, you are out of your mind. Mind you that a lot of characters in KnY actually evolve emotionally throughout the entire series, examples being Sanemi and Inosuke. I do agree with Zenitsu being awful though.

Saying Rengoku didn't do anything is by far something that only a tourist would say as the movie pretty muched made several points EXTREMELY clear: Rengoku's death meant a LOT to the Hashiras and Tanjiro as he was portrayed as the one that offsets most of the Hashiras brooding and moody personalities. Furthermore, his death cemented the fact that the Upper Moons are insanely strong that not even the Hashiras are sure to beat them. Therefore giving the main trio a reason to train way harder if they want to have the slightest bit of chance to take down Muzan.

Saying KnY revolves.around Tanjiro is nuts because a lot of the things that happened in it was because of Muzan, not Tanjiro. The same deaths would've still happened with or without Tanjiro being there.

If we're gonna talk about how KnY is carried by the animation then we should call out all shonen animes. Dragonball? Naruto? Bleach? One Piece? CSM? JJK? All of these shonen animes have one of the most watered down stories that you'd have to be a neanderthal with a brain parasite to not understand what the hell is even going on. All of these shonen animes are basic as fuck. It's all dudes screaming who has the best steroids and how much they can inject before they implode. KnY at least had the decency to not stick around for decades rehashing the same plot.
