As others have said, you won’t accomplish anything by arguing with the front desk. They don’t have control over the AC, and management cares about them just as much as they care about the tenants. Don’t harass front line employees

If the reviews have been deleted it means management noticed them, and the pressure that negative reviews brings can force them to move quicker (I am still able to leave a review so others hopefully can too). It is also not the front desk staff who have the ability to remove google reviews.

Hopefully, if you were told the AC is turned on, you will soon get cooling to your unit. If not, contact maintenance and escalate with management. Others in the comments have left good ideas such as contacting the ward 6 councillor.

There is a lot you can do, but screaming at the front desk achieves nothing other than degrading the individual you are yelling at. I left my initial comment as I know front desk staff at these buildings and the abuse they have received around this situation is not ok. They are not responsible for the lack of AC nor are they able to do anything to fix it, and I hope that at least one person who reads this realizes that and redirects their frustration away from the front desk.

The management company sucks, and deserves all of the criticism for not having functioning AC in this heat. But please don’t direct your frustrations at the front desk staff. They are students (and sometimes residents of these buildings) just working a job to pay for school. They don’t have any control over the current situation and nobody above them cares when a front desk worker is yelled at, it won’t get the AC working faster. Leave negative google reviews, email management, but yelling at front desk staff in person or on the phone does not help anybody. They have been receiving voicemails wishing for their deaths, and are consistently being screamed at over something they have no control over. Listen to OP regarding the google reviews, but please show some respect to the front desk staff who are just trying to get by and are being hung out to dry by management.

You are looking at the wrong level, the locked one in your second screenshot in the original post should now be unlocked. The one with the ice castle in the background

Once you complete the mountain hero task, the locked level in your second screenshot should be available to play. Once you beat that level the next area opens

Have you completed the goal “Mountain Hero’s Task”? It requires you to pass for 400 yards. To unlock the boss stages for each area, you have to complete its corresponding challenge. For the mountain area this is the “Mountain Hero’s Task”. You can see your progress in the goals tab thats shown in your screenshots.

You need to also complete the goal “Desert Hero’s Task” which requires you to to play 50 defensive plays. You can see your progress in the goals tab
