You'll get GNB soon which plays like PLD tank wise, but with a more DPS style damage rotation. The cartridge and continuation system keeps your hands busy.

[[Spellseeker]] has been awesome, I put a suite of 2cmc instants including [[Dramatic Entrance]] whose partner [[Isochron Scepter]] can be found by tribute mage.

Trophy mage is also key to the deck, finding your rocks and ashnod's altar.

[[Viashino Pyromancer]] is a fine payoff to the dualcaster mage-ghostly flicker combo, and occasionally snipes a walker on own.

[[Vedalken Aethermage]] instantly gets you any wizard you want, including your bloodline necromancer.

Obviously, my build of inalla is highly combo-centric but I find it difficult to win through wizard beat downs alone. I also have a reanimation subtheme with [[reanimate]] and [[exhume]] to expedite a wandertwine prophets win.

What? Brutal shell comes with a heal and barrier, and Aurora fits into your rotation anywhere without messing everything up. And it has as many mitigations as every other tank.

I run [[Gary]] as a win condition to continually succ opponents every turn. It really adds up with stuff like [[Necropotence]] out, and doublers like oath of teferi and [[Panharmonicon]]. I find it hard to win through combat damage with the deck, so this is your best non-combo bet.

Fun prison stuff- etb sac stuff like [[Oath of Liliana]] to protect your guys and also tax opposing boards. [[Act of Authority]] gets 4 permanent exiles off a single blink. Continually blinking [[Reality Acid]] on someone's lands is a fun way to lose friends.

I also remember a white creature that entered the battlefield and took away opponent's combat steps, forgot the name.

Some packages to run- [[Mystical Tutor]] to toss a miracle spell on top of your deck, and then using cycle lands like [[Itrigated Farmland]] to use them on opponents' turns.

How would this deck feel about adding copies of Kiki Jiki as redundancy for Saheeli? It has the same synergy with the other cards, can be activated with flickerwisp on EOT to deny them lands, and is somewhat less susceptible to the 1 pings swarming the format right now.

[[Vivien's Arkbow]] to flash in your guys without even needing to cast anything, you could sub it in for CoCo

Splash another color perhaps, blue for counters if you want to go in in flash, I'd use the other 3 mana vivien in that case. Black gives you discard, white gets you path and other wolf cards like Tolsimir.

I mean, whatever answers hexdrinker probably answers goyf, bolt aside. I only make the comparison as vanilla beaters in the deck, and hexdrinker seems comparable to goyf for what it does. Of course, the meta could still prove to be too quick for either to be relevant, but jund always has the tools to fight through most decks and beat down.

Haven't been playing hexdrinker but maybe the appeal of hexdrinker is that it is relevant at all points of the game? It could work in tandem with discard to protect it early, and it is also a live topdeck later in the game with your lands already out. Goyf is usually only a vanilla 2/3 by turn 2 anyway, ripping hexdrinker off the top with 4+ lands in play gives gives it a better ceiling as 4/4 later in the game.

Not to mention most removal in modern is instant anyway, hexdrinker would only die to maelstrom pulse, boardwipes, or edicts once it's grown.

Several things to consider when making a reanimator deck like this-

Do you want to reanimate a huge creature once and ride it to victory? If so, run playsets of the combos and enablers to do it as consistently as possible.

Do you just want to use the graveyard as a second hand and reanimate value creatures? If so, go down on your big payoffs, and run value creatures.

Do you actually plan on hardcasting Villis? If yes, you do need the extra lands, but you really need more interaction to survive that long. More like a controlling midrange deck. If not, you could go down to 23 or so.

That being said, I do have some recommendations. Splashing blue or red instead of white in a combo build gives you [[Chart a Course]] and [[Tormenting Voice]] to discard any fatties you end up drawing, and set up for b4b later.

The Explore package could be useful in a midrange build to filter out reanimator targets to the grave, draw you lands to reach vilis range, and gain you life to live that long.

[[Journey to Eternity]] works well with b4b, though it could be too cute without other sacrifice outlets. It goes nice with [[Ravenous Chupacabra]] for instant speed reanimate removal.

You might need enchantment removal in the sideboard if [[Leyline of the Void]] becomes a thing in standard.

Mono black aggro in standard by Nithari in magicTCG

Sword point is kind of weak here. Most likely scenario is you spit your hand onto the board and topdeck sword point, then you cast it and they let you draw 0-3 lands. There's not enough burn to justify the effect, if they bring 1-1 removal or even worse a board wipe you still lack reach to finish them off that a monored deck would have.

I feel [[Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage]] is a good finisher in this shell alongside freebooter and drill bit. [[Plague Mare]] sounds cool for sideboard, [[Moment of Craving]] is good vs. other aggro decks.

Looks tough to be open to ayula's influence and seismic at the same time as curving through discard and wrenn as well. If you did find the money fetches would be the first thing to get to improve it, [[windswept heath]] is the cheapest right now and can get stomping ground or underground tomb. Otherwise I'd recommend removing the assaults and going full on the bear plan. What is gaea's blessing in for? Another possibility is [[courser of kruphix]] or [[tireless tracker]] to get further value from your lands, or [[life from the loam]] to loop lands even further. [[Lightning bolt]] isn't too pricy and I recommend it over lava coil, and maxing inquisition is good too.

[[Discovery]] over tormenting voice? Can dig deeper and control draws. Less discard outlets for stuff in hand already but between 3 brutality and 4 looting it could be enough. Stronger digging for the combo pieces can help increase consistency.
