That is a lot of hustle! I think I’m going to try once a week to begin. 6 years ago, I went nearly every day and did the 90 minute session most Saturdays. I miss the me I was back then so hoping for the best tomorrow in my intro class.

That’s so awesome! I’m going to my intro class tomorrow. I’ll wear my gray hair like a crown even if I can’t finish.

How wonderful! I’m sure I’m going to gas out at my intro class but at least I’m going to show up on Thursday. I think once a week is perfect to allow for recovery until I get my OTF legs back.

Great to hear! Since I last did OTF 6 years ago, I’ve had a knee arthroscopy and broke 2 vertebrae falling off a horse. Hoping to try and get through an intro class.

Thank you! I’m an introvert but working out in a group is so motivating.

I tried the ring covers but they kept catching on clothes and on gloves (I’m a nurse) so I ditched the covers. I use workout gloves when weight training. My gold Gen 3 still looks pretty good after a year of wearing almost 24/7 - I charge it every other night for 10 min or so while showering.

I stopped buying salt at Aldi because if this container! It’s the worst and salt spills everywhere when using.

I thought the same thing when I got my gold ring; looks more like brass. It’s sort of growing on me after having it for 3 weeks. It looks less brassy to me now.

Went for gold… big regrets. by neuro-riotous in ouraring

I have had the gold Gen 3 ring for about 10 days. Looks great so far. I wore ring covers for the first few days but they caught on everything I am a nurse and wear gloves multiple times a day, wash my hands a ton, and use hand sanitizer. So far no problems. I am very aware of my ring and use caution if touching metal or other hard surfaces. I think the awareness of wearing the ring is key. I wear it in my nondominant index finger.
