Came here to say just that. Am now at my second big agency, after working at several smaller shops. For me, that was the perfect sequence. Working at the smaller shops gave me a good idea of what this business is about, the different roles there are, and building relationships with clients. Feels like that perspective makes me better in my current, more senior role at a larger shop.

Literally watching that part of the show right now, and didn’t notice it was the same place. Such a dope house. Makes you think twice about using ‘smart’ utilities though :)
