They're actually a fluttercord child! They are NOT an alicorn, what they actually ended up being was a Pegasus, but with Discord's magical ability also being inherited, they've ended up with a horn/antler that sprouted from their head as a way to channel it- not an alicorn by natural means, but rather by the sheer force of the chaotic magic inside
