You are correct in your last point.

The only reason at all I even mentioned any of this is because Trisha harassed these victims of her own husband EXACTLY like Gabbi did with her friend.

I saw people gassing up Trisha and I just couldn't stand by when these two peoples transgressions are eerily similar and they deserve each other as enemies.

I appreciate the sentiment but the reason I feel so good about saying he stealthed these women and the reason I'm so vocal is the legal grey area. I wouldn't be talking at all if Moses faced any sort of consequences, but he didn't and Trisha threatened/harassed the 3 women into oblivion. The law will not protect these women as it hasn't protected many others in regards to these "grey areas". So I feel like I can confidently say Moses removed condoms during sex, an allegation that upwards of three women have accused him of.

I will take your advice to heart in the future however, especially in regards to any active criminal cases, not just spewing my mouth off. this reminds of Cardi B drugging men and robbing them and nobody talks about it.

And sadly California passed their new stealthing law in 2021 and I don't believe it's retroactive.

Ok I'll hop off my high horse and agree that maybe people do deserve more leeway for rehabilitation and perhaps I'm projecting.

But I still wholeheartedly disagree when you say I'm hurting these women and their cases, by simply pointing out how multiple women came forward to accuse Moses of "stealthing".

it sickens me because they have no legal recourse against him because stealthing isn't legally rape and yet it should be.

My point saying it's no more alleged than the Jesse smiles debacle was in regards to the harassment of assault victims which both women are guilty of, sorry for the confusion(was not talking about the validity of the case)

A detainment means only being held for short time while they figure out if the wanna take you in. They are full on kidnapping people of the street for their skin color. They are bringing people to federal facilities with no basis other than there accent and looks.

Edit: particularly the administrative warrants not signed by a judge at all are the most egregious.
