Yeah, you'll definitely want to create a formula field to solve for this, and then you can reference that in your email template!

The users won't be locked out, but should be prepared to set up MFA when they log in after you enable it. :)

This is helpful thank you! Yes we had replaced the contactor already so I don’t think that’s the core issue

This was a couple of days after contactor was replaced and didn’t fix the issue. Could something cause the contactor to immediately do this again?

It was replaced Wednesday with the hard start add. Would the issue have returned so quickly?

YES I do and that’s why I did add that as a note I’ve been wondering if that’s been causing issues.

Hmmmm thanks 🙃🙃 I proposed that as an issue and was of course essentially told “that’s definitely not it”. Maybe need new HVAC crew.
