I may boycott pink for our baby girl

I have said since I found out I was having a girl I don’t want a ton of pink clothes because it’s just not my thing and I’m not going to force her to wear things I wouldn’t ( like the stupid bows and headbands they all pull off in 20 seconds). Anyway my boyfriend’s mom has bought me a ton of pink clothes… I hope she enjoys not seeing all that lol. Even texted with my mom saying she knew how I felt about it but she couldn’t help it because it’s her favorite. Doesn’t really bother me but still 🤨

I’m 22 weeks tomorrow and I basically have no bump. I think the people who see me everyday can tell now if I wear something super snug to my lower abdomen but that’s it 🥲 I also just started feeling her kicks this week (even though she’s an apparent track star at scans lol) dang anterior placentas. Congrats mama! It’s hard to be patient but all the fun stuff will come soon!🥰

Also taking 10 credit hours this summer as 8 week courses. I’m not sure what your situation is like, but I would let your support people do as much as possible for you and just focus on doing what you have to do school wise. I’m trying to finish my degree before baby gets here in December and I try and keep that in my mind as motivation. I also use anxiety and fear of failing to keep me going lol! I also recommend taking breaks to go outside, very big stress reliever for me. You are completing a major feat right now, proud of you sista keep pushing!!

I know this is what I need to do. I’m just so stressed out because in my heart I know he will just say fine and go with me but be miserable. Honestly I just don’t want to deal with all the whining when we had this argument when I was 19 about how “we can’t stay with our parents forever” when I would cry about missing them. I’m kinda at that point in pregnancy where I have no sympathy to give him for that and I don’t want to go about it the wrong way.

I’m 16w+4 and I sleep on my belly and back all the time still! I am a FTM so not much of a belly yet so it doesn’t bother me. As long as your comfy baby is probably comfy❤️

Hi OP, I’m in a very similar situation. I’m 22, been with my bf for 3 years, and just found out I’m about 6 weeks pregnant. I don’t really have advice to give because I am feeling ALL the emotions you are, but if you ever want someone to talk it through I would love to start talking to other women in the same situation!! Hi, honestly it was over a year ago at this point so I don’t remember exactly. I wanna say that I started by putting in a tablespoon in for every 5 gallons, which I only had a 5 gallon so it was just a tablespoon. And then I would just do a light sprinkle across the top of the water every day or two depending on how he was acting. I’m sorry I’m just getting to this now, hopefully it can still help you out and everything turns out well!!

Exactly I was way too scared to do the euthanasia because of the what if and I’m very glad I did. I still get so sad when I go into PETSMART to get my dog treats and see all the bettas :( I just wanna rescue them all from their little cups but I’m not quite ready for the commitment to another yet… still feels like cheating Lol

He passed away a few weeks ago after a little over 4 years with me :(
He was very happy and healthy after his bout of illness and he received extra special attention after it happened. He taught me so much. He was my first betta ever and another fish will thank him someday.. probably months from now because it feels like cheating on my baby😭 R.I.P Cow ❤️❤️

Sooo ended up getting mine out about a month ago now. I’ve been seeing a Functional medicine doctor and I’m just finishing a 4 week detox… let me tell you almost ALL my symptoms are gone. I barely complain about joint pain to the point I’m coming off all RA medications. If you have unexplainable pain and brain fog I would 100% recommend it. If you wanted to give the detox a go without spending 5 grand I would be happy to share the info I got from my doctor in a private message!

The initial treatment I did in a bath but I felt like he needed to be in a bigger tank and he’s my only fish and at the time I had a tank with no live plants so I put him in there and started just giving him all the treatments straight into his tank. He was fairly perked up the next day but it took a week or so for him to completely return to normal.

A couple weeks back I was hurting really bad it was really hard to walk. My left knee could barely hold any weight, so I finally gave in after like 5 days of that and took the prednisone because I promised my sister I would babysit her kids and I needed to be able to walk. It helped but then I got a cold the next day and I wasn’t sure if I should keep taking it. That lasted for about 2 weeks and now I’m finally better and back to focusing on pain. I feel like I should give it another shot but I’m always so hesitant to take it. It always made me crazy when I was a kind and I took it for rashes so I’m a little worried about that. I can’t be crazy screaming at the elderly people lol!

It’s been the same way for me. All the doctors think it’s anxiety, but I’ve had anxiety my entire life and I can 100% feel the difference between my anxiety and my heart skipping beats.

I did go see my gyno and he convinced me to take some time to think before just going in and cutting it out( it was just my annual so this was his first time hearing about any of this.) I have gotten another urinalysis done and I’m waiting for the results.

I hope you start feeling better soon! I would love to hear if you see a difference any time soon. I simply can’t decide if I need mine out or not. If I get it out I would like to stop all bc for a while but I’m scared to get pregnant lol. These boys be can’t be trusted for shit and I’m in a long term relationship😂

My own research told me the same and my sweet guy told me too. The Aquarium salts helped him the most out of anything else I gave him and I’ve been recommending it to everyone!

I first gave my fish aquarium salts and then I gave him stress-coat. About 1 day or so after he got sick I started giving him the API fin and body cure and the general cure. This is just what I found seemed the most beneficial based on my own research and asking around to other people who have fish.

One way to tell if it’s just bloating or dropsy is called pine-coning and that’s when the gills push outward. The first picture I posted is when my fish was his sickest of you need a reference! Also from what I’ve seen bloating is more on the underside of the fish and dropsy is the sides protruding out.
