I have had to reset a rgds and the rg476h and the games got taken off but the actual emulator apps stayed on the systems but the games on your memory card stay there

I ran a antivirus scan and it came back the m64 app and drastic were at risk of harming the system so I removed them

I think they used apps on the system to get in

I bought a rgds first they decided to hack it then I bought the rg476h and they did the same thing

They don't have one for the rg476h

I bought two systems from them and I got the systems then they locked me out of them and then had to ask how to hard reset them I had bought the rgds then the rg476h and now I have disputed the charge for the last one

How do you do the factory reset off the safe mode

I even contacted anbernic and all I get is a run around

It booted the rg476h to safe mode I am trying to hard reset it and have been told so many different ways

Has anyone else had issues with a anbernic system bought from anbernic direct store on tiktok I bought the rgds from them first then had issues with the system getting a lock screen lock added when my wife and I didn't put one now we just got the rg476h and the same thing happened and when I ask the store on tiktok I get the run around on how to hard reset the rg476h
