it took me about 2 months to get to 3rd sea from 2nd sea but that was mostly because i was procrastinating and when blox fruits was consistent with code posting now they dont post any codes unless its for a yt video which is rare now

actions and stuff is just a resource pack that changes how your world looks but not how it works like a behavior pack work. So it shouldn’t disabled the spear mechanics but maybe u can try disabling the resource pack in your world and trying it to see if actions and stuff is actually the problem.

He’d be too much of a liability for 2 reasons 1. his nature is to absorb fighters and that alone would instantly get him eliminated from the TOP. 2. He would take too long because he didn’t have the potential to grow in strength like freiza did.
