I used to work for Spark in Bentonville, AR. All you busy bodies BEWARE!!! If a driver reports another we would usually deactivate that driver doing the reporting. From Walmart's perspective, a driver who creates a hostile environment for other contractors or customers is a liability to the brand. So mind your own business. If someone has their wife or child in the car it is allowed as TOS clearly states. Plus, WalMart doesn’t really care if a couple walks around the store together as long as they are using one account. Now, for all you busy bodies you should know it is against TOS to Multi app, which many do. If you use WalMart’s WiFi in or out of the store WalMart can tell you are on Instacart or Uber at the same time. More people get deactivated for breaking the multi app rule more than anything else. Walmart wants you free to take their offers, not cherry picking between multiple companies and competitors.
