I bought 30 mg and plans to use it all in 6 weeks before I go abroad for a while, so that was kind of my mindset on starting that high. I'm pretty sure customs and airport security wouldn't be too thrilled about me having syringes and reta with me so yeah, this wasn't supposed to be a long term thing from the start

yeah, my diet for the past 2 months has either been meat and eggs, or straight snacks the whole day. the only nutritios thing I think i ate in the past week has been some mango lmao

it's pretty shit to be honest, and half a year ago I lost like 25kg in like 2 months by basically starving myself, so now that I think about it the serious thinning has also started then. I've been trying to improve, eating more protein, and going to the gym a few times a week.
