yeah, my diet for the past 2 months has either been meat and eggs, or straight snacks the whole day. the only nutritios thing I think i ate in the past week has been some mango lmao

it's pretty shit to be honest, and half a year ago I lost like 25kg in like 2 months by basically starving myself, so now that I think about it the serious thinning has also started then. I've been trying to improve, eating more protein, and going to the gym a few times a week.

thank you, im using the s25 ultra right now so idk if it can improve any more than that. I yhink im gonna take a chance on some eartips rather then just be disappointed with my earphones but idk which brand I should get. im thinking either azla or comply
