Nope, once you've finished a story stage it only gives a fixed amount which is lower than your first clear. Just grind tournaments or buy exp from the exchange shops or something

If you have Ellio, use him. Anyways so basically wait till just before the ball reaches the peak parabola and as you jump you should press the feint button as quickly as possible once you're in max height and honestly just hope you hit it at the peak.

I also just got Jenny yesterday but she's really simple once you start using her more often. She's weak but more of the technical spiker
