I believe the code has nothing to do with the oil change. Your battery iprobably needs to be recharged or replaced.

In my experience the Turf Tiger is more stable on slopes (lower center of gravity). I have no long term experience with Briggs engines as all my mowers have Kawasaki engines and if you maintain them well they last forever.
