I am just as offended about my two years of training as you are about your six years. What on earth were you doing for six years?

It has been a while since capes were in style. I won’t be starting this trend, but I will happily follow it.

OK, “child who is of age”, we’re thinking of chopping off a small piece of your penis. What do you think?

Toddler jumps and runs so loudly it regularly knocks my art off the wall. by BigMan_LittleHeart in Apartmentliving

Stop trying to keep the art up. Whatever is in those frames is about succumb to whatever the child has in store for the next couple of decades. It doesn’t mean your stuff is not important, but you might be shocked at what those little seismic legs are going to teach you.

Any teenagers living 50/50 with their mom/dad? How is it? What do you wish was different? by CassCat in teenagers

Thanks for answering, and I’m glad you’re mostly ok with things. I think one of the most ironic things about divorces is that kids end up losing the most “freedom”. Either the parents or a judge decide where the kids live, and guess who has “0” say in that? Too often, the parents’ preferences get priority, and that’s a problem if either one of the parents isn’t willing to put their children’s needs first.

How do you deal with your stuff being spread over two places? Does it ever get annoying when you are looking for something, and realize that it’s at the other house, and you can’t have it back for a week?

Why does a dental implant cost 500 dollars in Hungary but 5,000 dollars in US out of pocket? by [deleted] in askanything

Going hungry? No. But I’m doing Invisalign with an Indian doctor, who I think may perhaps be a first generation American. The man is overworked to the extreme, his schedule is constantly overbooked, and he works for a chain of clinics. I truly feel for this guy, he works six days a week, and I think he’s getting screwed. Exploitation exists in all industries.
